To provide best quality repair services for all apple devices with excellent customer experience that leads to high customer satisfaction.
Apple devices are widely used among people for their robust, reliable and trend setting technology & looks, but we all know that Apple does not provide any repair service, it only provides replacement hence we at iPro understand the frustration of having a faulty device with issue for which paying replacement cost looks too much, with a vision to solve this problem iPro was started with a team of expert technicians having more than a decade of experience and track record of fixing any apple device issue without compromising on the device quality.
The founding team of iPro is comprised of eminent mobile phone service centre owners who have been into the industry since 2012 and have been into iPhone service industry for nearly a 5 years . With continuous customer appreciations iPro has been constantly growing and adding more service and repair centres across Bangalore . Currently service centres are located at Indiranagar, Kammanahalli, Kormangala and CMH Road in Bangalore with more branches on their way to be added. iPro has an experience of solving apple device issues ranging from cracked/broken iPhone/iPad screens, locked iPhone, water damaged iPhone/iPad and even restoring MacBook into working condition. There is a team just to maintain good customer service experience.
iPro offers premium “Door step” services to its customers who wish to save on the trouble and hassle of running about various service centres.

iPro 8 Step Service Process:

Step 1: Once the device is picked up to our service centre / personally dropped in to any of our service centres
Step 2: iPro technical team will diagnose the issue.
Step 3: An estimate of repair/service charges & Delivery time is given to the customer.
Step 4: Approval is awaited from the customer.
Step 5: Once approval is received from the customer repair is initiated.
Step 6: Once the device repair is completed it is sent for quality check.
Step 7: After Successful Quality check device is available for delivery to the customer.
Step 8: Fixed Device will be delivered to customer’s doorstep / the device can also be picked up at the dropped service centre.
